1) OFFICE HOURS
Our offices are open in the following hours:
from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm
2) HOTELS
The classification of the hotels are in stars. We kindly remind you that assignment of stars doesn’t always correspond to the expectations of your customers. For a more detailed information regarding the offered accommodation, please contact our booking.
3) ACCOMMODATION
Adult groups will be accommodated in double and single rooms. Student groups will be accommodated in multi-bedded rooms, while double and single rooms will be provided to accompanying persons (with due supplement). All rooms dispose of private facilities, unless otherwise specified.
4) RATES
The rates are pubblished in our catalogue are confidential for travel agencies and expressed in Euro, net to SM EVENTS T.O. They refer to a min. of 25 persons and are exclusive of City Tax.
5) HOTEL DEPOSIT
During the stay of student groups, some hotels require a deposit. If no damage occurs to the building or to the other hotel guests, the deposit will be returned to the participants upon their departure.
6) RESERVATION CHARGES
The reservation of single services (such as restaurants, guided visits, transfers etc.) which are not supported by a hotel reservation, will be charged with an extra fee of € 25,00
7) MEALS
Italian meals are made of 3-course menus which normally consist of 1 pasta-dish, 1 main-course with meat or fish and vegetables, 1 dessert or fruit. Breakfast is continental (if not stated differently) and includes in most hotels coffee, tea, milk, croissants or bread-rolls, butter and jams.
8) DELAYS
We usually inform restaurants and hotels of your arrival time. Should there be any delays along the way, we kindly ask you to contact the supplier and inform them about it. This is very important to guarantee a smooth and successful journey.
9) CITY TAXES
We would like to inform you that most of the Italian cities have introduced a city tax, to be paid on spot in each hotel. The rates published in our catalogue do not include any city taxes. it will be our concern to inform you with each offer about the possibility of a local tax and the precise amount.
